HELLO :)
I’m a first year at uni and I’m struggling to eat healthily and to motivate myself to exercise , especially now that I’m heading towards my exams. I thought it would be a good idea to create this blog so that I can document what I eat and everything on a bigger level than just myself (In the hope that it might act as a bit of motivation) and maybe to prove to myself (and others) that there are other’s going through the same thing.
