First day of a two week deload in the books, so enjoy some super unflattering angles! Lol, the gym is going through some awesome transformations, but unfortunately, good places to prop my phone for video are a little difficult to come by in the shuffle. Anywho, like I said, I'm deloading, so working sets are 60% or my one rep max for three sets of ten. The weight is light, but ten reps starts to get exhausting and feels suspiciously like cardio, which I, sir, have no time for.
