Writing Is A Beautiful Outlet For Your Emotions
It lets you heal the moment you pen down your thoughts and feelings. Have you ever felt like you are not all alone in this world? Because you have read someone’s personal story. I have. That is why I created my own blog just now.
i don’t have any social media account because I don’t like it. I don’t like the way it is...how people use it for humble bragging, destroying reputations of others, seeing my friends and other people around me spending LOOOOONG time using it and then eventually forgetting their responsibilities.
I’ve seen it. I’ve seen mothers who always forget their responsibilities to their children because of this. I’ve seen long time friends breaking up because of this. I’ve seen people getting bullied and broken because of this. I’ve seen the struggle to become perfect and “likable”. But the worst is... families growing apart because of this bullshit called social media. It destroyed the essence of INTERACTION.
But as they say, for every rule...there is an exception.
One of the most frustrating feelings about depression is the incommunicability of it. “THEY” won’t understand until they experience it.
One depressing night, i thought to myself.. “I can’t take it anymore. I’m strong but my strength has limits. I can’t keep it to myself anymore”. Then after crying, I turned to the Internet, hoping to find any writings of same personal struggle coz i really like to read stories of people. So I stumbled upon this blog, it was about depression and being happy and sad at the same time. She said that it was helpful to have a blog. And right then, I searched for the best blogging site for personal use..i chose this..the Tumblr and WIX. So far I’m liking this platform although it has a social media vibe, I like that there is less negativity here than Facebook or Twitter. I would just like to use it as an outlet for my thoughts and emotion.
