Try this! #BlurredStainedLips. Over lip balm apply a strong shade of 💄(here I use #marykay #hautepink) only to the center of the lips. Then use a strong,flat makeup qtip to feather and blur the color as you blend it out. The result? A beautiful, wearable stain that allows you to wear shades that might loook too dark at first💋.....
