You, reader, might argue that this quote is more applicable to Yudhishthira, the eldest Pandava. But in my opinion, even though Yudhishthira was the one who wore the crown, Arjuna was the one who beared it's weight. Arjun, who saved his family time and time again. Arjun, who always put others before him. Arjun, who was selfless to the very end. Arjun, who was fiercely loyal, even to people who perhaps did not deserve it. A character whose fate is tragic in its own right. There is much debate about whether he is the superior Archer, and perhaps he is not. But Arjun is superior not because of skill, but because of his devotion. His devotion to his craft, to the pursuit of knowledge, to learning. Arjun stands out because of his curiosity, his selflessness and for staying true until the very end. Arjun was Dronacharya's favourite because he was an amazing student, and Reader, an amazing student is not inherently the one who is the most skilled, but the person who has a genuine thirst for knowledge. Arjun had that, which is why he was loved by many, and still is now. And I don't know about you, but to me, that's what makes him, the hero.

So, in Brazilian politics and archaeology news, president Jair Bolsonaro has bragged about firing employees from Brazil’s National Historical and Artistic Heritage Institute (IPHAN) for interdicting the construction of a store of the Havan franchise, owned by his friend and supporter Luciano Hang.

The interdiction was determined after an archaeological piece was found in the site in 2019. Hang, via Twitter, explained that the construction of a store belonging to the Havan chain, which he owns, in the city of Rio Grande (Rio Grande do Sul state) was suspended for more than 40 days due to the presence, according to him, of “a piece of common pottery, with no historical value” on the ground. The case was mentioned for the first time at the ministerial meeting on April 22, 2020. On that occasion, Bolsonaro criticized a supposedly excessive bureaucracy and defended Hang: “Iphan halts any work in Brazil, such as Luciano Hang's. Whenever there's a petrified Indian poop there, they halt the work, man!” Twenty one days after the meeting, the government appointed former Tourism Minister worker Larissa Peixoto as president of the institute.

In light of Bolsonaro’s declarations, a judge, by request of the Federal Public Minnistry (MPF), declared temporary removal of Peixoto from her duties. Bolsonaro, however, ruled out the possibility of interference in Justice in IPHAN: “I don't think this story of taking out who I put on Iphan will come to an end.”, he declared in a live broadcast on social networks. 

Iphan, in August 2019, issued a note stating that it did not stop the work at Havan, contrary to what Hang claims. According to the agency, the request came from the archaeologist hired by the company to supervise the work at the construction site. The presence of this professional, according to the institute, is foreseen in a term signed by the Hang network to obtain self-licence from the municipality.
