Plot Bunny: Come Alive

For every dark, there is a light; for every demon, an angel. At 11:59 PM, Rachel Roth was born, but at 12:00 AM, Haven Everclear was born, and every year on her birthday, the birth rate spikes, attempting to compensate for the death that follows Rachel. There are those who think she’s the savior of worlds- and some of those people don’t like that idea.
