Dabi and hawks headcanon exept it's with their cannon reactions (it will have some spoilers) :

Hawks tried to manipulate him many times Dabi as well their "friendship" was only a lie to complete their own goals, even if sometimes they may feel a little thing for each others.

Their discussions is often toxic they cant talk without shouting or make some backhanded compliments.

At first Hawks only talked with Dabi so he can win his goal and be a "good" hero while Dabi only talked to him to find some of his weakness.

Sometimes they get along and talk as person to person and not as pro hero to villain.

Their relationships is toxic very toxic Hawks will always lie to him ,manipulate him,treat him like he is only a vulgar villain while Dabi will just use him as a weapon for his own goal and doesn't give a damn about him.

But Maybe in another universe when they wouldn't be in the opposite side of the war if they didn't have all that trauma well then maybe they would be worse than lovers.

The truth is here in this universe they cant be together it's just impossible their love is forbidden.

After the war when Dabi survived but was very sick and haved only a few years ,Hawks helped him but not because he loved him or regreted his actions he only did that cause he was edeavour first fan and that he care about the todoroki family exept Dabi.

Maybe at Dabi's death Hawks will regret something.

Their love was not something that could've happens well just not in this universe.
