From the culinary team led by @chefbohati at the @hawthorndiningroom - top left is Garganelli with lamb shoulder, pine nut, manchego, mint and cherry tomato. Top right is Flat Iron Steak with Pomme Frites and bottom was my fav; the Beef Tartare with smoked mustard, egg yolk and shallot. Fantastic room, great service and sublime food.
