I know for sure the end of house of hades would be so different. Because in the book hazel takes a lead in it anyway, but it would be so more poignant if they know she will die because they're going to close the doors. It would change everything... Like when they close the doors they'd be so happy to have Percy and Annabeth back but then there's the added dimension of all of them knowing about hazel... And Hazel herself would just be acting strong and just focusing on Percy and Annabeth...
oh absolutely! i was thinking like it would only be completely irreversible when gaea dies so hazel wouldnt die then but it would basically be like digging her grave. that scene is definitely on my list
