The SimsFileShare link is here, It is a folder, just pick and choose what you want! All colours, done as defaults, EA Extras (for the hairs that only came with the 9 natural S4 colours) and then TWH Extras.

I finally worked out how to make an accessory permanent on a hair! All the hairs with an accessory have black, except the toddler hair which had blue bows. All CC meshes with accessories HAS a downloadable version, except the toddler bows. I recommend the ones made by @wildlyminiaturesandwich from this post. Download the one for the ‘Loop Buns’.

Use this tutorial to make the default colours override the EA ones.
