Feel free to share this, it's public. The cop was being threatened. He tried to use a non-lethal weapon to subdue this guy and he still came after him and was a threat. Once they were fighting on the ground, the guy grabbed something from his belt. Play stupid games win stupid prizes. If you throw down with a cop and then grab stuff from their belt, especially after getting tazed, I promise that cop will do whatever is necessary to neutralize you being a threat.
