And tonight on Robin's internal monologues:

But let me talk about how Robin ignores and deeply hates his human half, he hates he isn't 100% a darkness creature like his dad. He hates everything about his human heritage, he just generally wishes he wasn't that. However, he feels like he's more of an abomination than some normal thing, he and Darian both are, because they are some weird mix that shouldn't had existed on the first place. Neither one of them were supposed to happen, but they happened, and they are this strange mix that in any moment could loose control because it isn't stable.

He isn't stable and he's perfectly aware of that. That just makes him angrier because if he simply was some normal monster he shouldn't have to be worrying too much, he could just go around like his dad. But no, he's this hybrid and there's nothing he can do about it. And that affects on why he tends to act like an ass most of the time (that and the fact that his dad's a mayor dick). It also shows up on him usually using his powers without carrying who sees it, he doesn't give a damn, he's already a thing and what's the damn point of hiding it?
