Exhaustion weighed at the world as they returned to transport, supporting those injured and dying. Causities piled up, sending Angela and the other healers into a quiet frenzy. Those that didn’t require immediate attention disappeared to their own spaces to lick more minor wounds.
Lena had taken off toward the cockpit to see the plane from the ground before returning to the storage floor. The familiar shape of the gunslinger appeared, propped in a seat, his arm carefully cradled in the other.
With a sigh, she took the seat beside him.

The watch point was quiet, something Hibiki appreciated. She liked peace and quiet. With the recall’s influx of recruits, the place has been anything but quiet which resulted in Hibiki having to coop herself up in her room. Despite all who think, she didn’t exactly enjoy being stuck in her room. Really, she enjoyed being able to sit in the recreational room and read. She spent enough time in her room as is, she wasn’t a shut in.
The watchpoint’s silence was due to the hour of day. It was quite quite early- or late depending on the person’s sleeping schedule. Nobody was up at five AM usually and that left for some nice alone time for the assassin. However she noticed a disturbance that cut through the quiet noticeably. Tracking down the sound, she saw the culprit in the kitchen.

It was a simple question- it wasn’t like she actually cared that much. But she felt it’d be appropriate to ask anyways, if not to find the reason for her own curiosity.

there was a grunt as tracer slammed her fist against the side of the enforcer’s helm, followed by the rubber band-like sound that accompanied her blink. a quick shot with one of her pistols sent her opponent stumbling onto the floor, injured. she kicked his weapon away; but her attention was quickly redirected over to her comrade.
brown optics widened ever-so-slightly as the talon trooper snuck up behind mccree, ready to fire. the time-hopper would have none of that, however, and an alarmed call slipped past pink lips immediately.

In a way, his comment struck a certain chord in her, but she merely brushed the feeling away with finishing her drink. “And what made you say that? Trouble on your mind?” Sombra inquired, not particularly in a caring manner, but more out of mere curiosity.

Despite the pain she felt, Widowmaker did not flinch when the cowboy pressed a soft and warm sponge against the bloodied skin. Beneath all that blood were wounds that reacted immediately to the stingy soap, but all the sniper did was breathe out in pain and impatience. She hated being weak, she was not used to being taken care of and she did not find it fascinating to have Jesse McCree observe her in such a state. And yet, in this very state, she was not able to push away his help or negotiate for he was right: she’d be dead without his assistance (not that she minded dying) and he knew far more about mending the wounds than she.
Finally, she looked at him:”You don’t have to do this.” She extended her arm to take the sponge. Sighing once more, she lowered her gaze. “Thank you.”
