jack x trip || ‘ liar , liar , plants for hire! ‘
“I’m not going rogue.” Trip felt his ears turn red. Why didn’t jack believe him? The monk ran his fingers through his hair. Between this, him being torn against two girls, and whatever pull his father was sending him, he can still be good can he? Still maybe he could tell Jack the truth.
“Forgive me Jack.” He bowed to the other. “The truth is I am not a farmhand.” He confessed. “I am a monk in hiding from the demons and evil spirits.” He took a deep breath. “But lately I have been led astray by my own impulses.” The tears were streaming down his face.
“Please have mercy on me before firing me.”

‘ oh brother , this guy STINKS! ‘ — heph & apollo.
Heph was trying to hold back his laughter. For once, Apollo was right. Heph looked at Apollo and then at Zeus. “Fot the king of gods, he sure can’t cover his stink.” Heph said. Heph and Apollo were both holding their laughter. It was a rare moment for fooling around. Heph couldn’t help but crack another joke.
“And to think. He was Number One.” Heph said with another snort. His chair was starting to heat up. He rarely could laugh this hard. Apollo looked at him.
“You’re on fire Heph.” Apollo said. Heph smirked. “I know I’m finally getting the hang of this being hip thing arent I. Apollo shook his head.
“No you’re literally on fire.” Heph quickly jumped out of his seat, watching it slowly melt beneath the pressure. Heph slouched his shoulders. There was a sad laugh.
“Maybe it wasn’t that funny.”
