I like how being teens… Sirius is literally like that big-dog puppy [who takes everything as a game, but at the same time he’s a massive dog that could easily knock you off your feet ] >

and Snape “got lucky” to end up as his favorite toy /that very one/, the one that blows his mind ~ the one he immediately wags his tail at and wants to tear to pieces [cruelly, but playfully]

and at the same time there’s adult Snape, who has this kind of aura of a person who, if he had dogs, they would be huge black guard dogs > who would just sit, lie down, at the slightest command

and Black, of all the Marauders [not counting Peter, who turned out to be a fvking rat], is the one who embraced this Animagus part of himself the most ~ he’s the most doglike /like a stray/padfoot/> in loyalty, in impulsiveness, in everything
