Ah, Babette...

Her design has changed since I made her initial design, but it hasn't been top priority-- She is a side character I was exploring, she eventually became more batlike and her name changed to Babette Yaga. :o) She keeps an orchard of enchanted fruit trees that she is the warden of. She's also one of Teddy's evil exes HEHEHE
