Heeeeeyho! Popping in to ask you about your sixth house headcanons 👀

Hi!! Yes, of course, I would be glad to rant about them.

Perhaps my most out-of-canon one: Araynys and Voryn are identical twins and the only two children of their parents. The rest of the ash vampires are cousins, uncles, or honorary family members (Uthol isn't related to them but practically raised them). I just personally think seven brothers is excessive, what can I say?

A lot of members of House Dagoth (including the twins) have some sort of Dwemer ancestry. In Araynys and Voryn's case, their mother was Dwemer. In the fic I'm currently planning out, Araynys marries a Dwemer woman because his brother is too busy being insane about Nerevar to continue the bloodline. I have the disappearance of the Dwemer altered so that Kagrenac manually bound those who were living in Dwemer civilizations to Numidium, so those who were half-Chimer half-Dwemer weren't bound if living away from Dwemer civilization. That's another headcanon entirely though.

Voryn killed his father to be Lord High Councilor. I have a super vague short fic about it. He wasn't Lord High Councilor until somewhere after Nerevar starts fighting the Nords.

Dagoth Brandy has a poisoned and unpoisoned variety. They serve you one or the other based on how much they like you. The high-ranking members of the House build poison tolerance and the lower-ranking competition is removed that way.

I have many, many more but those are the ones I can think of right now and the core ones. I definitely have fun thinking about them, that's for sure. Thank you for asking!!

As requested by nobody but me, I present Bowuigi holiday headcanons!

(note: Bowser and Luigi’s relationship is established by the point these headcanons take place)

There are no winter holidays in the Koopa Kingdom. As a matter of fact, the idea of a “holiday” is completely foreign to the koopas. Still, when Bowser hears about Christmas… he mandates that his subjects observe all winter holidays, as he is unsure which Luigi celebrates.

Luigi wakes up to the sound of an off-key rendition of Jingle Bells. He heads to the throne room and finds Kamek playing an improvised piano as Bowser smoothes his hair down underneath a Santa Claus hat. When Bowser and Luigi’s eyes meet, blushing ensues.

A quick conversation confirms that Luigi just celebrates Christmas, so Kamek rushes to put away the other holiday stuff around the castle. Bowser Jr. might have possibly left out a dreidel he was playing with and now Luigi thinks that Bowser celebrates Hanukkah. Luigi promises he’ll celebrate it with Bowser next year.

Bowser tries to bake gingerbread cookies but gets impatient and breathes fire on them in a fit of wrath. They’re a bit crispy but Luigi swears they’re the best cookies he’s ever had.

Back to the dreidel: Bowser Jr. and the koopalings could not get over it. Kamek hadn’t seen them so obsessed since they discovered cootie catchers.

At the end of the night, Kamek starts playing “I’ll be home for Christmas” and Luigi gets homesick. Suddenly, there’s a knock at the door- when they open it, they find Mario, Peach, and one of the toads. Luigi invites them in and forgets about his homesickness almost immediately.

As the song finishes, Bowser smiles and states “Home is where the spleen is.” No one bothers to correct him.

🖤 - Dark or Angsty Headcanons 🔪Waking up, thinking Michael is just particularly accepting of my cuddling. It’s nice, usually he’ll only put up with it for so long before he gets restless and needs something more. 

🔪Figure, fuck it, I’ll push my luck. If he’s being that nice, I can get away with a lot. So I whisper, “I love you.” On the best days it garners only a head tilt, but usually it earns the soft narrowing of his eyes and some sort of display of aggression- like challenging if I can really be so soft and open with him. But today, there’s nothing.

🔪 But not Michael-nothing, not the heavy breathing and pointed silence and heavy stares. Actual, literal nothing. And only thing do I realize just how quiet the room is, just how his chest does not rise and fall in the ever-steady rhythm I’m so used to. 

🔪After everything, after all the damage he’s taken and caused in over sixty years, it’s not gunshots or knives or blunt force trauma. It’s old age.

🔪 It’s wrong; Michael’s fucking indestructible. Doesn’t seem right- there’s no way, no way that he just- just doesn’t wake up one day. I don’t even get to say good bye? Can’t even tell him one last time that he is loved? Did he know? Did he even care?

🔪 And the worst part is that it’s the most peaceful I’ve ever, ever seen him. Not even when he was asleep- usually his face still in something a little too tight to be relaxed- and that’s only when he does sleep, when he’s not plagued by faceless dreams and the itching, burning desire to kill.  

🔪 No, the worst part is that nobody can ever know. There can be no burial, no service. No family to lean on. I have to mourn in absolute silence.

If it’s alright can you do a platonic headcanon of any Doctor Who character’s/ regenerations you’d like meeting a reader who’s like a sky kid. From Sky:Children of light and how’d they react to reader being really friendly and trying to befriend them with a candle. As well as trying to guide them around and drag them away from potential danger (like if they feel a krill is nearby)

This is a great request! Thanks, @themagicspacenerd! I’ve decided to do multiple regenerations and companions, most notably the twelfth Doctor, the eleventh Doctor, the tenth Doctor, and Clara. Just for fun, they’re all in the same time period and location for these headcanons. What can I say, I love a good crossover.

The twelfth Doctor nearly walked past the child but stopped once he realized what he’d just seen, raising an enormous bushy eyebrow.

Similarly, Eleven walks past- but unlike Twelve, who stops where he’s standing, Eleven bounces back to meet the child’s eyes. “Hello there!”

Ten sees the child from a distance and gets out his sonic screwdriver to scan them. The child misinterprets this as him holding out a candle and asking to be friends.

Before the child can get out a candle, Clara walks up. Her face lights up as she says hello and compliments the child on their cape. “Are you pretending to be a superhero?”

The child doesn’t answer but finally manages to get out a candle and holds it out to Ten.

“What’s this?” Ten comes closer and, as the child reaches the candle out, touches his sonic screwdriver to the candle. The light travels through the sonic screwdriver until the whole thing shines. The light slowly fades.

The child looks up, studying Ten’s face, and Ten realizes they couldn’t see the details of his face before.

Ten tells everyone to touch a light to the child’s candle and they do.

The child perks up once they can see everyone’s face, and they put both hands to their chest in an expression of gratitude.

Bonus: “Oi!” Donna yelps as the child drags her away from a weeping angel. “Where exactly do you think you’re taking me?”

Headcanon: Miku is cold to the touch! Its not something shes consciously aware of, but if you were to touch her face or her hands  (under the gloves) they’d be Super ColdTeiru: teiru’s eyes open around people he likes more, if youre someone he likes and can trust you can tell by how wide his eyes are
