What does Naruto tell his friends who want to hang out at his place... with the problem is that he is living with his girlfriend/headmistress of the college Tsunade?
Naruto rubbed the back of his neck, forcing out a laugh that sounded way less convincing than he hoped.
“Yeah, uh… my landlord’s kinda intense about noise,” he said, eyes darting anywhere but at his friends. “Like, real intense. I don’t wanna get kicked out, y’know?”
Across from him, Sasuke Uchiha narrowed his eyes slightly, arms crossed. He didn’t say anything—but that look said everything.
“Your landlord?” Sakura Haruno repeated, confused. “Since when do you care about rules?”
Naruto laughed louder. Too loud.
“I’ve matured! I’m a responsible college student now, believe it!”
From behind them, Kakashi Hatake hummed, clearly amused. “Mm. Must be quite the landlord.”
Naruto felt a cold sweat run down his back.
Because upstairs, probably sipping sake and definitely able to hear everything, was Tsunade—Headmaster of The Will of Fire University… and his girlfriend.
Sasuke’s gaze sharpened.
“…Do we know this ‘landlord’?”
Naruto immediately waved his hands. “NOPE! Totally random! Super old! Wrinkly! Not hot at all—”
There was a loud crack from Naruto’s phone as a message came in.
Tsunade: “Come upstairs. Now.”
Naruto went pale.
Kakashi closed his book with a smile. “Ah. Strict indeed.”
