#HeadstandFiesta Day 6: palms up headstand or #muktahastasirsasanab which may just be my new favorite 🤗. Felt much smoother on my shoulder/neck line than palms down. #HeadstandFiesta Day 5: #tripodheadstand ...something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue... second slide is my go to headstand flow full of twists; first slide I tried flipping the hands -inspired by @jadebellyyoga 🙏🏼 love trying something new 🤗. Taking advantage of a little time between classes to catch up on Days 1-4 #HeadstandFiesta with @jeminajakin @yuki_peachy @liifong 🙌🏻. I've been spending so much time with handstand lately, it's lovely to get back to my first ❤️ #sirsasana ... going on elbows was new for me and took a minute or two to find the right set up. It was an awesome day today with Strong by Zumba certification. Got to meet awesome peeps and Sucheta herself. The masterclass was challenging but am happy to survive those 60 minutes.
