A Bath For Healing Spiritually.

Here's another spiritual bath to try. If you need help to heal spiritually, physically and emotionally. First draw a bath add in a little Hyssop and Rue. Then light a white candle, don't matter if it's glass or stick.

Light the candle and pray the 23rd Psalms.

Get in the tub and soak, used your hands and wash yourself, get the herbs on you. After a little while uncork the drain. BUT don't get up, I want you to sit there while the water is draining. Let everything drain down with the water and you'll fell it pull off you. Let all the problems your carrying drain with the water.

"That's right," Steve confirms, his voice thick with emotion again, but different this time - warmth instead of sorrow. "Steve and Bucky. Just like always."

Let's talk spiritual baths!

Spiritual baths vary from practice to practice so take what resonates with you!

In my belief, Spiritual baths are meant to remove and bring forth energy that is needed in your life. Just as your waters can remove negative energy, it can also bring positive energy.

These are different ways you can take your "bath". I'm just going to go over the essentials

1. You can add herbs, essential oils, fresh fruits, and even crystals to your bath.

2. Some people like to make a "wash" first. This is where you make almost a tea and then pour it over your head while you're in the bath. You can boil herbs, magical waters (moon, sun, Florida), and fruits in a pot and let it cool before you do this.

3. You can add a candle (Color up to you or whatever your spiritual need is) to the corner of your bath to boost your energies.

4. Meditation/ grounding before you do this is always good. If you can't then the bath should help.

5. Leave all of your worries and pain in that tub. watch it wash away down the drain and get out backward. Air dry if you can.

6. You can also take some of the bathwater and use it for workings. (For the more advanced practitioners, yall already know)

7. To avoid your tub getting clogged up use a cheesecloth or a herb strainer to contain your herbs.

8. I love baths but sometimes you don't have the time. (see picture below) YOU DON'T HAVE TO! I use a tea strainer and tape it to my ceiling as the "herb water" washer over me!

Simple Healing Bath💐

What you will need:

Epsom Salts 🛁

Lavender🌿

Rose Petals 🥀

Calendula Petals🍂

Chamomile Petals 🌼

Peppermint or Lavender Essential Oil* 🌱

Sea Salt 🌊

Pink Himalayan Sea Salt 🗻

*Choose which essential oil you like better and please be sure you're not allergic to any ingredients before using them on your body🙌🏼

Take ingredients and mix, preferably in a mortar and pestle (to grind up the herbs into a fine powder that would easily dissolve in your bath) but if you don't have a mortar and pestle then please do not be discouraged, just know you may have a little more clean up once you're done🍃

Run the bath water to your liking and swirl the mixed components into the water. You can light some of your favorite candles as well to help calm you just Please use Fire Safety whenever dealing with flames.

Once your bath is prepared Hop in, Relax, Breathe, Unwind, and let the healing water and herbs flow over you! Enjoy Beloveds! Let me know how it goes 🛀

Healing and re-charging bath

You'll need:

•1 spoon of honey

•2-4 bags of sage and peppermint tea

•candles

•optional: loose leaf tea

Add all the ingredients and set your intention. While you're bathing, focus on the healing and cleansing properties of the tea. Enjoy!
