Give me some iron and apparently I’m suddenly raring to go again. 😅 I’m still tired, chronic fatigue doesn’t give up that easily.
But this is a massive step in the right direction after months of feeling really flat and ill. I’m going to still get tested by my GP for my B12.
But I’m so glad I’m starting to feel better again. Nothing’s changed in what I am taking compared to before. Going to get some new iron eventually but it doesn’t seem to be bothering me this time round, I’m not sure why I felt so ill before. 🤷🏻♀️
Top left is where I am now, bottom left is right at the start of my journey after having the little. I’d love to get close to be back where I was before. But I’m not going to go crazy with working out at the minute. I still have healing to do and although I feel better I know I’m not there yet. I’m just impressed that I mange to get back to pole this week and did a Jillian Michaels workout both went way better than normal. I actually had energy to complete them and did keep stopping and sitting on the floor. Which my teacher noticed because she definitely kicked my bum this week.
Some improvements that I have noticed:
•I’m no longer breathless
•the cold doesn’t effect my asthma
•I’m not waking up coughing
•I only coughed a little whilst working out
•My memory is slightly better
•I’m engaging in doing activities I love and enjoying them again
•My mood is better.
I’ve been supplementing on and off now for about 3 weeks. I’m interested to see what my iron is at, it was 25 last time I got tested, and then I did a private test Andy it said it was at 54, but I had just been ill, so I’m interested to see what it is now.
