We recently held a sigil contest on our Discord server, The Witches Vellichor. By community vote, Zoran won, and this is their awesome sigil! Zoran described their sigil like this:
Its made to induce healthy behaviour and to make individual start look forward to doing healthy things. For activation of the sigil what i do is i put a candle over the paper and let it and charging or what you can do is imagine your energy flowing into it and then imagining the lines of it and drawing them in your mind which results with activating it.

Today was Very Very Bad, for a variety of reasons, and I ended up googling “Do I have burnout?” for an hour (pretty sure I do), and then I thought maybe my doctor can give me a sick note for two weeks, and I’ll relax on my balcony and take walks and try meditating again. And then I remembered “oh no, I need to have performance reviews with my team next week, better wait a bit with that complete breakdown.”
