Marathon: easy day
Easy day today. Lunch made for me.Very nice of Tamami.
An comfortable run of 3 Km.
In the evening Tamami and I helped out as officials with the East Burwood Masters’ Track meet. We did not compete ourselves but just handled the timing and placings. Afterward there was a cup of coffee ( although we did not take one) and then we helped stack the furniture away and did a bit of sweeping.
