#Repost @neat77o ・・・ Ayla's first meet of the season was last Sunday. Her team started on beam and they were excited to go ahead and knock it out. Unfortunately, Ayla had her first ever fall off of beam in competition. I thought she would be so deflated after her meet. Instead she was beaming with excitement. She said, "Mom I remembered what the judge said @browngirlsdogymnastics conference. That sometimes girls that fall off of beam receive a higher score than those who don't because they still do their other skills well. So after I fell off, I still went for it." Y'all I couldn't have been more proud. She not only listened to judge @lisa_wheaton, she remembered it and applied it. That's a win win! Our prayer is that she will be able to remember this and apply it in the future when life throws some hard things her way.
