woe to the lines etched into my form

mistaking my scars for a map,

impeneratrable from the north or the south

walls forced up in anticipation for things that would disapoint me

disrespect me,

disreguard the light quietly raging in me

that requires too much of you

and not enough of you

woe to the space wasted on thoughts of things that dont belong

my space is my own and my heart is my home

So sick

Of bad dreams with twisted endings that leave me feeling some type of way. I woke up 3 times and each time I went back to sleep the circumstances got worse. The emotions more and more intense and I couldn't even stop it bc I've been sleeping so hard when I do actually sleep. Running from sleep keeps me busy gets things done. I still don't know how to run from myself. This invisible string that holds my heart where it is feels like it's strangling me, dragging me back beneath the current I struggled to swim out of.
