Joey didn’t really want to be back in Domino but she wanted to be near her sister while she was finishing her last year of Highschool. Also Domino had one of the best hospitals to intern at, Joey just didn’t want to deal with running in to any old ‘friends’, or his Pops. But money was money and next year when her little sister started college she was going to be staying with her. Joey didn’t want Serenity to worry about money only about getting good grades. And so Joey was back in Domino after 4 long years. She had kept in touch with Yugi and Ryou but those were the only two.  Joey sighed she only had a few things to unpack but it had taken her most of the morning to do so. Her apartment was small but clean and with in walking distance to the hospital where she would work and a lot of good places to eat. The thought of food made her stomach rumble, she hadn’t realised how hungry she was, that’s what she got for skipping breakfast. She debated if she wanted to go out, or order in. She didn’t want to pay the extra for delivery. Slipping on a nice skirt and top she threw her now long blond hair up into a ponytail.  The walk to the sushi restaurant was short but it felt like it was taking forever. She wished she was back in San Francisco, people didn’t stare. She walked in and was thankful the restaurant was busy, it kept her from feeling like she was sticking out.  “Just one?” The host asked his cheery smile leaving as he looked at Joey. Joey nodded, and the elderly man looked at his chart to see where an open table was and he took his time maybe hoping she would leave. This was why Joey wished she was back in San Francisco she would just get her food eat fast and get out of here.  Hearing the door child as someone else walked in she turned to catch a look at them.  “OH Mr. Kaiba come this way I have just the spot for you.” The host said now ignoring Joey completely.  Great just damn wonderful, just want Joey wanted to deal with; Kaiba on the literal first day she got back. “Long time no see Kaiba...” She said a frown on her face, she was just gonna leave she didn’t want to deal with name calling for anything else the elder Kaiba felt he needed to say about her, she could only handle so many dog insults.
