It's been six years since Silent Hill, Heather who now uses her real name as Cheryl is focused on living a normal life, having nothing to do with the town that took away everything she once loved. It's not until one day out of college that everything changes. In front of her, someone with her same face, similar in features but with a different haircut. It is at that moment when everything starts to get worse again in Heather/Cheryl's life, the monsters invade the city again, but this time she is accompanied by this strange woman, who is she, what is she looking for, why didn't her father leave any information about her? All this they will have to discover while they survive and try to get out of a cursed world.
