It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? #58
It’s Monday! What Are You Reading? is a place to meet up and share what you have been, are and about to be reading over the week. It’s a great post to organise yourself. It’s an opportunity to visit and comment, and er… add to that ever growing TBR pile! So welcome in everyone. This meme started with J Kaye’s Blog and then was taken up by Sheila from Book Journey. Sheila then passed it on to Kathryn at the Book Date. And here we are!
What Did I Read This Last Week?
Wolf Rain by Nalini Singh
#3 Psy-Changeling Trinity, #18 Psy-Changeling
Back among the wolves for this latest with psy woman who is a dark E and a wolf who thinks he can never have love. Fabulous romance, action, and intrigue.
While You Were Spying by Shana Galen, Narrated by Heather Wilds
He’s there to catch an arms smuggler and she bumbles in with her own causes. Had a light fun feel though the heroine was a tad too impetuous.
White Trash Zombie Gone Wild by Diana Rowland
Angel’s on her own and recovering from an addiction, but she is far from helpless. Fab series.
We Were Killers Once by Becky Masterman
Cold Case for former FBI Brigid Quinn gets hot when the mysterious third man gets out of prison and decides to tie up loose end. Took a bit to get going, but was good.
The Rising by Morgan Brice, Narrated by Kale Williams
M/M Romantic Suspense, Paranormal
Pirate ghosts, winter storms, haunted mansions and Simon and Vic adjusting to living as a couple was a sensational second in series.
Queen of Swords by Katee Robert
Tarot and psychics, aliens and a plot to control the galaxy. Hot times, but the sexy got a bit tedious.
Silent Blade by Ilona Andrews
Futuristic mafia clan system with the big families loaded with powerful psychics. Reminded me of Hidden Legacy series, but in space.
The Departed by Shiloh Walker
He heads a team of special psychic FBI agents who use their gifts to crack the cases. She’s medium to the spirit world and finds herself wishing she could get a read on him. Gritty suspense and sensual second chance romance.
Death in Kew Gardens by Jennifer Ashley
Murder. China tea treasure. And Kat with Daniel on the case to clear a Chinese man accused of murder. A little slow, but still good.
Ayesha At Last by Uzma Jalaluddin
Natalie Tan’s Book of Luck and Fortune by Roselle Lim
