I've had these grippers a while, I barely use them and kinda forgot I had them but I've been making a lot of my pulling movements more complex by making the grip more difficult so I busted 'em out and gave it shot. I haven't trained these in like a year and they feel easier than when I was training them, it was the first time I've been able to do this one with "no set", which means just grabbing and squeezing it, generally you use you other hand to kinda fit it in the squeezing hand a.k.a "setting" the gripper.
