An important thing to consider about his experience, unf*king himself, ability to recover — in its largest part his power is not only in his current spirituality, but in his intelligence, literacy, which prepped and propped his spirituality. Most of “lay” addicts simply lack these faculties, which makes them almost incurable, if it’s not for the influence from those really caring around them. Who are also rarity.
