There's a free(!) Heikala exhibition in Helsinki, at Galleria Frida Gallery. It's a walking distance from the central. If you don't want to walk, take a tram 10 to Ullanlinna direction from in front of Sokos and jump off at Johanneksenkirkko stop. It's open only for a week and Heikala herself is there. You can buy Heikala's art and prints and merch.

i noticed they sometimes used chinese brushes when painting, so i wondered how it might look with all chinese materials and technique.

My second entry!! This is new years 2023! I spent it with my boyfriend and some other friends at a pub in kingston, a cover band played that night and it was also the first time I met my boyfriend’s parents and stayed at his!

I think I was trying to go for a kinda gold glimmery theme but, again I didn’t have a great amount of scrap to include, though I fit in a broken choker I liked a lot and I try to make use of anything space related as my partner loves space.

As well as zines, I've also been getting art books - though my collection is much smaller, because these guys are at the opposite end of the price scale XD They are so beautiful though ... Again, if anyone has any art books they recommend, then drop me a comment!
