dwalin most definitely does the cooking. all three of them come home drunk at 3 am, but nori’s the one who does it more often.

that’s actually a hard one, to be honest: none of them sleep very much, and all three of them are reasonably suspicious. bofur probably would be the one to fall asleep last, though. maybe dwalin?

any of them, really. dwalin might make an effort to carry it out, if he’s not doing something important.

all right so-- i don’t have much yet because cities of night is still a long while away and i’m focusing on other chars and dynamics rn, but what i do have:

his faceclaim is annie clark (st. vincent)

he’s a history major

bilbo sent him to piano lessons when he was 10 but he didn’t really enjoy them

he’s from the united states, but came over after his parents died in a boating accident on lake erie

he hangs out a lot in merry and pippin’s studio/apartment/whatever (sam begrudgingly tags along)

well, dwalin’s the one who found her, way back when she was a small kitten and fit in his pocket

when him and dwalin broke up (the first time) in 1998 (which corresponds to the beginnings of golden trio shenanigans), he left minty behind. thorin just ended up taking care of her.

Did Thorin and Dwalin break up before, during or after Afghanistan?

they broke up for two years before and then got back together and then, after afghan... sort of fell apart. they never said it out loud but with how thorin was the relationship was just unbearable for dwalin

what’s their posture like in a normal situation?thorin's a sloucher. the more shut-off he is from others, the better.
