Thank you for being such a beacon of posotivity in this fandom! I genuonely loved this season for a lot of reasons and like all ive been seeing is complaining and thats so... exhausting. So coming onto your blog and seeing you be actually excited abt what the new season gave us is almost like getting to gush abt it with someone ok n a huge scale ilu

I genuinely loved this season too, like I didn’t even realize how much I enjoyed it until I came onto tumblr and saw a bunch of people hating on it for mainly really unfounded reasons?? I’m all for thoughtful criticism and I do have my own criticisms of s7, but it rubs me the wrong way that people are SO ANGRY literally right after the season was dropped. Like. Please. Just take some time to let it soak in, to enjoy yourselves, to have fun with this show you claim to be a fan of instead of complaining about everything. 

this blog is definitely a place to gush about s7 rn, thoughtful criticisms can come later, for now let’s just have a good time and appreciate this show

When i saw that you and velkyn were doing a collab i straight up squealed out loud, im so excited to see more of the PBPverse and DLSverse interactions and its so cool and interesting to see how both ryous especially have changed from their respective experiences and interact with each other!!! the two of you write some of my favorite shiros in the fandom and it's really exciting to see your writing styles work together as well!!

It’s been so much fun to work on!  @velkynkarma and I enjoy a lot of the same tropes and ideas, and we’d joked around a lot about our Ryous meeting up or reacting to each other (DLS Ryou was always going to be a brat about it, ahaha).  So we finally said ‘you know what?  we have breaks in our writing schedules.  Let’s just do it’.

No lie, I’m really, really proud of this fic. Not least of all because it was so interesting to pick apart how they could be the same but so different, even in really similar situations.
