The climax of Heaven Sent has several showstopping sequences back to back. Like, the Doctor figuring out what's going on -> the Doctor beginning to punch the wall and tell his fairytale-> the Doctor crawling and dying -> The Final Montage. In any other episode, any one of those would've been the best scene in the episode.
