HOLY MOTHER CHODAR FINALLY GOT TO 210 AGAIN LOL now to work back up to 225. wright says i should be at 1.5x bodyweight fml. i should like add weight training as a class... no but then i have to go even when i'm lazy HAHAHAHA
anyways i probably could have done more but i didn't do large enough increments. and i probably warmed up too much. oh well STILL 210 LOL
Bench Press
135x16, 1 min rest.

210x1, done.
hmm then i did a 4x4.

then 50 pushups for fun, then some free weights, 30 pushups and finish. went high on free weights :D

swole swole swole swole. lol i like ate a whole freakin pizza afterwards but swag it felt hella good. tomorrow probably gonna lay off the upper body and do some legs, gotta do legs for dead/squat qq. then friday do shoulders :D probably no more maxing bench for a while, gonna try some dead and squat maxes. and keep chest in shape with free weights. add incline/decline free weights too :o.
