Once upon a time... there was a girl trapped in a gilded cage. Her only solace from her mother's cruelty and the weight of the expectations on her shoulders was the music of a traveling bard that sometimes stopped by her father's estate.

Can they escape the fates laid out by society for them and pursue the chance of true happiness together? Or are these two from wildly different social strata really as star-crossed as they seem?
