Menphina:The mention of love was clearly a topic that took the Seeker offguard. Y’judael was not of high experience in the ways of close bonds, romantic or otherwise. A frustrated shade of red lightly rose in his regularly pale face, his mind struggling to think of an answer. How did he show his love?“Respect.” The term was often used by most, but to Jude, such a gift was only given to those truly deserving. “If one has endeared me to themselves, it is likely due to the possession of knowledge or skill. As such, I treat them with respect.”–Nymeia:Yuu’to’s head tilted gently at the question. A hobby? Such questions were rarely given to him. In response, he reached into his small satchel, drawing forth a token of wood. The size of a grape, yet carved with endless care to resemble that of a cat mid-stride within a coin.“I carve wood in my spare time. It is purely meditative.” Despite the brief word on it, just the item alone showed his passion for the craft. The Keeper put away the coin then, stored back into his bag for safe keeping.–Althyk:The bottle Khalja held tipped back, and a poor man’s drink slid down his throat to make the returned memory a bit easier to think on. “You wanna know about a bad memory? The Jhungid swinging by, spitting on the Tsagaan culture and devouring everything we were. Like their daily fucking meal.” Another swig. “And the worst part? I couldn’t do jack shit about it. How’s that for your bad memory?”–Oschon:“My favorite place, eh?” C’asir grinned, rubbing his chin. “Many locations come to mind, I am certain you can imagine. The beaches of La Noscea, the hot springs of the Sagolii Desert, the meadows of the Shroud.” The light-spirited man’s mind finally settled on one particular memory.“There is a small bar, just outside of Black Brush Station. Humble it may seem, but such a place is where I met three of my closest companions.” A light bit of laughter left his lips, the look of beautiful recollection in his amber eyes.“I would not trade that place for the world, for that was the place where I found my own.”
