So I've dealt with tension headaches for a while now. I keep asking my doctor about them and he orders blood work and nothing comes up and then I ask again and he orders more blood work. It's whatever I'm too busy to deal with it right now. I've just been taking over the counther pain meds.

Only today, I get a different type of headache and I'm like "wtf am I dying???" and so I look up different headaches and come upon one that's called an Medication Overuse Headache. "well surely that's not me, I've never really over used my pain meds, I wait a full 4 hours between doses" but it's like "oh if you use pain meds for more than 15 days in a month you could develop this."

So the pain meds I take for my headaches

what am I supposed to do die? I have so much shit I have to do and these headaches are making it impossible to work :(
