tadc finale was pretty good anyways for some reason i can't help but read the wording of like. "save file" as like mephone4's attempts to "save" himself. and also like the video gamey way and how "everybody understands that" makes me really think about how mephone4 was trained at meeple and like. the image of a child playing on the nintendo wii to avoid having to understand everything bad that happened to them (definitely not projecting). like how melife is also very game-ified and how mephone's escapism always loops back around to resembling the very thing he's trying to escape from. also like the inherent ouroboros that is ii. one timeline cannot exist without the other and there is no "original" there's just one that lives and one that dies. and mephone4 creates this by trying to "fix" the show in both timelines. the end is never the end. he's in the stanley parable (guy who has never played the game voice). his life really is like a video game.
