Please disregard the shipping date shown at the bottom of your receipt: these packages are will-call and all items will be collected at the venue. Please make sure you arrive 30 minutes before doors. If you do not show up on time, we cannot guarantee that you will be granted admission into the VIP event. Your VIP package will be waiting for you at the box office. Make sure to bring your photo ID and a copy of your receipt so there is no confusion. Please note: these packages do not include early entry- the meet and greet will likely take place while the opening band is on stage. This time is subject to change. N.B. Increased security measures will be in place at the show and all fans will be searched.
