hey guys who remembers clibus because i remember clibus
“H E L LV E TIC A” or “TimEs New Bastard”
credit to @festivephilester for the idea <3
hellvetica is a GREAT name. can you tell us a lil bit about them in addition to 1 10 17 and 18 from the dnd asks, if that's not too many? (are they a tiefling, because that would be the best, punniest name EVER for a tiefling)
:D Sadly, Hellvetica is not a Tiefling (the only tiefling I’ve ever played was named Trouble). He’s a Skeleton God. Sort of. See, in my GM’s setting, the gods are created by the belief of followers, and their power is directly proportional to the amount of belief and worship they receive. There was always this rumor that two gods, Dralnu, the flaming skeleton god of death and the fourth wall, and The Lady, the goddess of freedom and fire, had a thing going. The belief in this rumor eventually led to belief in offspring of the gods, which created Hellvetica, the belief-created god-child skeleton, God of Kickin’ Evil Ass. He was a deity created from people’s need to believe in something good in dark times, as the entire world underwent a massive cataclysm and is being taken over by Talis. So that’s his basic backstory. He exists as a very weak god traveling the countryside helping people out and handing out his bible, trying desperately to win and keep followers so that he just doesn’t die from lack of belief. He’s a paladin of himself.
Now for the skeleton questions! :D
1) A story for every scar. Do any of their wounds have interesting origins?
He’s a flaming skeleton.
10) What do they think of themself?
Hellvetica is the coolest skeleton around. A worthy god, liberator and protector of many. He’s got a big head.
17) How do they dress?
Hellvetica wears only the finest of black, skull-adorned fullplate, with no helm of course, with a tattered and crimson flowing cape. When not in his armor, which is rarely, he prefers something like a skull graphic tee, cutoffs, and a fancy scarf.
18) What would their ideal home be like?
Imagine the most metal castle ever. Black, ominous, on a big hill, surrounded by a lake of flames and death. Spires reaching high, twisting forth at unnatural angles. That’s where Hellvetica would love to live. Pretty much his dad’s house. His dad had good taste.
Thank you for the ask! :D :D Ya’ll can ask me more stuff here!
