just need a little help, is it better to put a second chance (dont have a medal with it yet) or attack b v max and lux+ on an illustrated medal?

What kind of Illustrated medal are we talking here? There are a lot.

I suggest putting Second Chance on buffing medals (Illust Kairi/Xion [EX] are best examples). Attacking medals would get Lux and Attack skills.
