I love the reflections of the lights in the water!! It doubles the beauty, dontcha think? 🤔

Sooooooo many beautiful lights!! They have several areas lit up like these areas!!! It's one wonderland after another. It was raining rather hard, which I thought was great luck because no one else was around!! Ifeel that if you don't do something while it's raining here in western Washington, you won't do much at all because it rains a lot here. That's why it is called the Evergreen state so I'm good with the rain!!! Help people just because you can, not because you're expecting something in return.

The news in my city tonight is centred around the Protests and Riots happening in downtown. And I have to say, I am PROUD of the people in my city protesting for what is right.

My mother, father, and I are thinking about trying to find some if the peaceful protests around town and joining them.

Unknown to them, our wanting to join protest is making my partner (who is a black queer person) insanely proud as their anxiety is preventing them from joining protests

I have a family member who is joining protests in his own city and is considering coming to ours to help here. And we've offered room to him.

And through the midst of all the protests against the brutality on the Black community, Operation Pridefall is starting tomorrow.

Me and many if my friends are scared for our safety.

I just spent an hour working deactivating my public Instagram account that openly states that I am a queer person and also has started encouraging people to do peaceful protests.

Deactivating that account was hard for me. As it was the one way I know how to get my voice heard. But for my own safety I needed it gone.

Many people are scared right now for so many reasons, and I encourage everyone to do what they can to help but also keep themselves safe.

Help where you can.

Help who you can.

Protest anyway you can.

Check in with people you know are being directly affected in anyway.

The world is shit right now, but make sure you aren't part if the reason it is.
