for that anon about Prague and Rome, I've been in both a places and February is a very cold city and going there in February is not the greatest idea. Rome instead is perfect for that time, I've been there a lot of times and I'm glad to give you any tips =) Tell me if you need any particular tips

cont Prague: you walk into a store. Try Trdelník (a sweet pastry) and Langos (actually Hungarian, but you can find there). Also in the astronomical clock you can go to the top of the tower and have a 360 bird view of the city for a good price. Enjoy Prague, it is lovely!
For the person asking about Prague: the history of the city is quite funny and interesting. There's a free tour going on, the guys are usually in Old Town Square in front of the astronomical clock with yellow umbrellas every day around lunch time (tour starts 2pm). Definitely check the castle! Get lost in the city centre, allow yourself to enter all the little lanes instead of the main streets. Check all the creepy/cute/charming puppet stores, sometimes there are artists making them by hand when
