Tara hadn’t wanted to fall back into her old habits. She’d come to Alexandria to better herself, to better her knowledge of medicine, and to help the rebels. But fate had gone against her, reuniting her with Jax, rekindling their toxic co-dependency. As she’d cared for his son, she’d been reminded on what it felt like to be around him, the passion and heavy emotion it often inspired. So despite her initial plans, and despite herself, Tara had fallen back in with him as though nothing had changed. She was reminded of that far sooner than she’d expected, or hoped. Tara was well aware of the signs, the reminders of Jax’s disloyalty. Eventually she’d pulled the truth from him, and been given a name. It reinstated a jealousy and anger Tara hadn’t felt in years, one which caused her to act before she thought, one which drove her to The Alibi moments after she’d found out. Although they hadn’t officially spoken about their relationship status, Tara and Jax belonged to eachother. They always had. Anyone who threatened that was certain to face the repercussions. She burst through the wooden doors, eyes scanning around the bar, ignoring the alarmed glances that came her way. “Where is that slut Fiona?!”
