“Hey, you — come dance with me!”
Connor sighed, shifting some papers around in front of him at the bench he was sat at. The world’s justice system may be up in the air right now, but he still wanted to pursue a career in law. “That’s the last time I try to study outdoors when the weather’s nice. All I can hear is screaming children.”
“If I see one more piece of litter outside of my house I am going to lose my shit. Stop being messy cunts. This is my fucking house! Clean your shit up. Clean. It. Up. Do you think I want to see your shitty gum wrappers floating in my rose bushes? I’m tired. Fuck it off.”
“I’m well aware I’m wearing my meal down my chin, but you can save your judgement, it was from a bag and I was famished. Supplies have been low and I’ve been too busy these past few weeks to go and find an innocent bunny.”

Torturing wasn’t what they’d signed up for – none of them had, and none of them deserved this. They had to get back into contact with the others. Enough was enough.
“After these last few years, sitting around doing nothing is driving me crazy.” Allison sighed, and turned to face the person she'd addressed. “Do you wanna’ do something? Go for a run, or do some training? I need to keep my body busy.”
Amy glanced at the houses currently being refurbished from her position on a park bench, a noticeable smile lifting the corners of her mouth. "Y'know, I've been so wary of the last few places we've holed up in. But Alexandria feels different. I think this might be the one."
Rhiannon often felt as if she were invisible, but today, apparently she really was. Someone slammed into her in the school hallway, Rhi too startled to recognise who, sending her stumbling backwards and her books crashing to the floor. Taking a moment to catch her breath, she waited a moment before kneeling, beginning to collect her belongings.
