Leonardo, a company that provides license plate reader systems to law enforcement, has developed a system called SignalTrace (formerly EOC Plus, patented on March 26, 2024). This system uses sensors to collect signals from phones, smartwatches, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi devices, RFID tags in employee badges and pet microchips, toll pass transponders, etc, and then groups those signals into a unique "electronic fingerprint" that can be associated with a vehicle. This "fingerprint" allows law enforcement to recognize a vehicle without needing its license plate.

Do you hate answering the, "What do you want for your birthday?" question? Not sure what to ask for / request / write in the description box? What's too vague, and what's too specific?
Below the read-more, find some inspiration for how to write those tricky request prompts, as pulled from our Walkthrough Guide:
Feel free to use the "Description" field in your Sign Up Requests to go into some detail about what you would like; this helps give the creator of your work some different ideas about what they could make for you.
If you are open to treats, please indicate interest in this field. See "Treats" for more.
Examples of prompts or helpful information you could share with your recipient (reminder, your creator is not required to follow your prompts/likes):
General trope likes, e.g., Fluff, First Kiss, Dwarven lore, There Was Only One Bed, Enemies to Lovers, etc.
Stylistic likes, e.g., 2nd person writing, Tarot Card art, chat-fic, etc.
World state options you favor that are relevant to your prompt, e.g., Anora is Queen/Alistair is King, Canon Divergent - Multiple Wardens, Modern AUs, etc.
A sentence or two about why you like the pairing, e.g., "I love Cassandra being flustered around people she likes!"
"What If?" prompts, especially open ended ones, e.g., "What if Blackwall did the Joining ceremony with the Hero of Ferelden in DAO? Or met HoF in the Deep Roads during the Jaws of Hakkon DLC in DAI? Would they have similar perspectives, or different?"
Rating restriction clarifications, e.g., interested in E rated smut, but not E rated violence

This includes:
- Making hate accounts or sending hate anons that use selectively edited/chosen screenshots to make a false narrative about people who speak up. {So far they mainly have targeted me, but @timmssimms has also gotten a mention or two.}
- Using the "we consulted a lawyer" tactic to try to make it seem like what they are doing is okay. {You weren't in the room where it happened. They could take consulted the lawyer and still done what they damn well pleased!}
- Using sock accounts to boost/like/reblog/retweet/share their own posts. [Look at the accounts carefully that share/reblog/retweet. Do they seem really empty/basic, or look lived in? We've had cases of creators using socks to boost numbers.]
- Using sock accounts on twitter, tumblr, and other places to try to confront and demean people who are sharing CC and/or sharing thoughts on the current situation. [If the account looks new, or isn't one you've seen around simblr/sims twitter, MAYBE you should have some skepticism there.]
- Generally sharing misinformation/lying/trying to blame/shame others, gaslighting, and other manipulation tactics. This also includes trying to take statements and situations you are put in and spinning them as if you are racist/sexist/anti-LGBTQ+ or basically taking part in any -phobia or -ism they can get to stick. Because if they can make you look like a bad person, people don't want to listen to you. It does not matter if you have apologized and moved on or made up with people who you hurt either. They will just focus on the drama and minimize your apology and only focus on the screenshots that make you look bad.
I also suspect that it would probably be of benefit to some of them to try to stir up the tensions between those criticising the actions of certain early access creators and people like myself, yoonie, and others...so I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they were sending hate to both sides in an attempt to deflect attention off of them. I cannot confirm this is happening since everything is happening through "anons" but it iwould not surprise me.
Please be careful if you decide you are going to speak up, and please make sure you know that you will be targeted. They are very scared and very angry right now and are not acting rationally.
I share this because I want you guys to know in case they start to go after y'all too.
I'm used to this by now and honestly don't really care all that much if randoms on the internet think I'm something because of what a random anon/sock said.
Like if they don't wanna ask me or even do a basic looky-look into the situation, that's on them. But, I know for some of you that can be devistating. So please be careful and know this is a possibility. Since I saw they started going after Timm I felt this kinda post was needed so you know the risks. Because I've had to block at least 15 hate accounts minimum since I started talking about this subject.
Be safe, be careful, and remember anything you say will be used against you by these freaks, even if it's a misunderstanding or a complex situation. x.x
Emilia is making a short video series on how she creates tiny wigs with hot glue. I'm going to be giving this a try soon, it looks just my speed! The way she manipulates the glue makes the caps nice and thin, and would work up quickly (instead of waiting days for pva glue to dry).
