Steven Universe Future big theory and why I agree
So the theory is that Steven is going to corrupt. Everything just keeps piling up on him and he doesn’t seem to really deal with it. His friends leaving, little homeschool, not feeling needed, feeling alone, feeling like no one sees him for who he is, new powers, feeling he can’t talk to anyone; all of this is just piling up and being repressed, corruption is a mental thing, it’s psychological, this is a crapload of stress, especially for a 16 year old to be dealing with, I think it will all come to head in the season finale and he’ll become corrupt (then all his friends and family will have to save him).
