me: despite the fact that henry isnt actually confirmed to be neurodivergent, its very obvious if you think about it. many neurodivergent kids have issues making friends and he outright states that hes a loner, which is odd because he seems to genuinely want to know natalie even if not in a romantic way, so why would he choose to be alone? furthermore, hes obviously intelligent enough to be in the same classes as Natalie, who classes are advanced even for high school, so even if he calls himself lazy, he obviously isnt. this prompts the question of why he uses marijuana if he obviously isnt a lazy idiot. when Natalie first brings it up, she retorts that it's for his ADD, which Henry quickly agrees with before asking 'huh?' this raises the possibility that Henry does have ADD and his following question was because he doesn't know how Natalie got this information. finally, he's always seen in long sleeves and pants which might be nothing but, as a neurodivergent individual, leads me to believe that it's a stim thing.
