A Moderneopets Lament, and my last request.

Hiya, the name's Velu, I was recently removed without warning from Moderneopet's art panel for what they called "targeted harassment". I was kept in the dark about what this harassment was but was allowed to think I was offering concise critique with the purpose of keeping things on model as per the artist rules. (there is a post here on tumblr that i will reblog in a moment that succinctly explains) If you've played modneo maybe you've seen, and enjoyed my pets! And if you have, thank you from the bottom of my heart! This was my first attempt at pet art and it was cathartic getting to be a part of a panel of likeminded folks who were open to critique and discussion!

and one that i was excited to debut, finished, and uploaded ready for release as my apparent harassment and infractions were happening unbeknownst to me!

I have been extremely silent after the removal, outside of contacting Hazer, and, after leaving the server and closing connection to anyone who hadn't friend requested me, contacting the only mod I'd had the pleasure of speaking to privately outside of the art director at the time. I do not speak up online about most anything due to being a quiet person, but I'm burned at the turn of events POST being kicked off, and i would like it to be made public the requests I made, and the promises given to me about my artwork.

Since I did not know why I was being kicked off, Hazer was open to my request, so my pets will hopefully be replaced sooner, rather than later, because due to this clause I cannot ask him to remove them because of an issue that was never communicated with me.

I, perhaps out of the want of having even an inkling of what i'd done, contacted a mod to see if i could get info. I had my guesses, and i felt defeated. Hazer specified "Your suspension from the team was brought due to the multiple threads that have been in made in staff channel over the months for you and wrens behaviour", so since none of it had been brought up to me, i went and asked, and was told they could likely do something for me.

I waited 24 hours, i asked for an update. I went onto moderneopets to find this.

I asked the mod for clarification, and i was blocked. So! That's that, i lost access to a community i was enthusiastic about, was told i was targeting and harassing, was offered clarification, not given any, then blocked! Communication is so important, and the last bitterness i'll feel is that while i attempted to discuss and compromise and work with the rest of the team, no one felt the need to tell me something was wrong. So i want to hold them accountable, please get my pets off your website, thank you.

Since a big topic at the moment is wether or not transrace/trace/diarace, transage, transpecies and transabled are vaild and well intended terms, we just want to state our opinion as a native and disabled person who is otherkin and partisipates in 100% sfw age regression.

We will never support any trans-x identities and those who use them.

Race, disablity, species and age are the facts of reality and have nothing to do with gender. They are not social contructs the way that gender and (sometimes) sexuality is. They are especially not used in good faith; Transabled is often used by ableists who fetishize disabled peoples pain and experiences, transage was named so by pedophiles who wanted to co-opt transgender language to say that because they "identify" as children its ok to have sex with them, transrace was made by white people who fetishize poc, transpecies was litterally coined by a zoophile who used the same argument as the pedos.

Using these terms means you accept the community behind them which is not a good community at all. We will never support these labels and we dont want anyone who dose to interact with us or our content.

We wont get emotional here because we've let out most of our anger by venting to others but just know that we utterly despise every single one of you. Especially the trace/transrace shit. Its so fucking racist and we as a native are incredibly offended.

As a disclaimer, we want to say a few things.

Concerning transage: we 100% support people who feel like they are more or less mature due to neurodivergency and trauma however, you can just... Say that. Its not an identity. We also support sfw age regressors and people whose age is alittle funky due to system related reasons. We support people who feel like they are a different age than reality and those who are a different age in headspace however we will never support people who try to make up terms for it or try to say they are bodily a different age than they actually are.

Concerning transrace: there is no exceptions here. Its abhorrent no matter the excuse. There is no good reason anyone of any race should be identifying as a race they are not. Yes theres people like us who are mixed and identify as one of our races more than the other but we are still that actual race. The only examples we have EVER seen are 99% white people trying to be native, black or asian and expressing their "transracial identity" in the most sterotypically racist way and 1% poc trying to be white to escape oppression. There is never a good reason and there is no way to.

Transpecies: this one is a little iffy as we 100% support otherkins, aldernics and non-humans in headspace but you could litterally just call yourself otherkin or the 2 billion other terms for therianity that WASNT coined by a zoophile.

Lastly being trans-abled: god this one is like the second worst. We have chronic pain and are physcially disabled. The fact that you think you want to be in daily pain and have your abledness removed just cause you think it'd be fun to roll around in a wheelchair and get some sympathy is so fucking offensive and entitled. The only good reason for this is if you have biid and even then youre not disabled, you are mentally ill and the way to treat that is not fucking intentionally disabling yourself. Btw, if you intentionally disabled yourself, you wont be accepted into the larger disabled community and i will personally gatekeep you from it. Its not fucking funny and you are ableist as fuck. Its a pretty common physically disabled opinion that we dont like those who fetishize us. Not to mention biid is considered as real as munchausen by proxy aka very controversial. Idek if i think its a real thing.

Idk maybe its a sign of serious mental health problems that require immediate medical attention if you want to cut off your arm for attention and sympathy cause you think disabled people's lives are just so easy and we are universally loved and cared for and not constantly infantized, disbelieved or demonized/sarcastic.

Final thoughts is that even if you have an experience aligned with trans-x, theres better terms for it that dont co-opt trans language to justify bigotry, allow abuse or cause more fetishization. Please reevaluate your experiences and why you feel the way you do and why you think you should belong to a group you arent in things more physical and less societal. These communities are ridden with bigoty, abuse, fetishization and general distain for the communities who didnt have to " transition" to said age, race, species or disability. Theres a reason why these things are regarded as bad.

And again, just for clarification, fuck you trans-xs. Die jealous.

Undertale Sans: He trusts his gut when it comes to timing it. He’ll do it when you both are alone at one of your houses. Beforehand he will tell Papyrus, who gives him a good old pep talk! (BUT NOT ADVICE, BECAUSE YOU’LL DO GREAT!!) It’ll be punny for sure, but he’ll still go down on a knee, and try to make a short little speech on how much you mean to him. He’ll be as cool as a cucumber during the proposal (dying on the inside), but he’ll let his embarrassment, joy, relief, and overall nerves show after you’ve accepted. Enjoy this moment while it lasts because THE GREAT PAPYRUS IS JUST SO HAPPY FOR YOU BOTH!!! (He busted through the front door. Yes it’s off his hinges. Yes he’s been standing outside the door at every hangout you two have had waiting for Sans to do it for 2 weeks. Yes he made everyone do it with him.) Sans is ready to teleport. He does, taking you with him. They can celebrate, and calm down without you both for a little. 

Underswap Papyrus: Holy moley he’s a nervous boi. It doesn’t matter how sure he is that you’ll say yes, he just wants to make S U R E. He’s gonna make it in a public place, but not on one knee. He actually has two rings. He’ll be stereotypical for the actual proposal part with the way he asks, but then he hands you the box with the other ring. He tells you to propose back to him once you’ve made up your mind. All of his friends (and brother of course!) are there and basically chanting , screaming, crying (and filming) because they did not see this coming. (Alphys: WHY DIDN’T I THINK OF THAT?!?) Total romantic spirit right here, also Sans is totally stealing his idea later. (and Sans says you better do it back ASAP) he’s watching you. but no pressure~
